Light Gauge Steel (LGS)
Our building technology is based on LGS, a EuroCodes-compliant building method commonly used in developed countries such as U.K, Europe, Japan and Australia. In Singapore, we have completed multiple multistoried houses and structures which have cleared BCA’s stringent requirements.
Light Gauge Steel (LGS) framing is machine-made from ultra thin steel sheets that ranges from 0.55mm to 1.0mm BMT ( base material thickness). We source our steel directly from steel mills globally and has FPC certification.
Lightrus steel is available in a wide variety of patented high-performance coatings which greatly outperform hot-dipped galvanizing (HDG) in both indoor and outdoor applications. Some of the coated steel we offer include SuperDyma, ZAM, Galvalume, Zincalume & Truecore.
Based on the desired design, we put it into our program, which produces the instruction set that tells the machine to produce individual parts. And based on the design, we assemble the parts into engineered wall frames and trusses for all kinds of applications.



Design x Technology
Trained in DfMA and VDC, we are able to analyze your current drawings and construction method and generate a list of parts which can be replaced by our technology.
Using a DfMA approach, we work with architects and engineers on Value Engineering exercises to develop ultra-lightweight structural systems that are more economical than other types of steel construction.
Our in-house design team then uses proprietary modelling software to detail the framing members and output the files directly to the rollforming machines for cost-effective automated fabrication.
