Send us your Specifications, Drawings, Bills of Quantities and Budget. Share with us your plans. Do you need it faster? Cheaper? Prefabricated? Lighter?
Let us know your preferences!
We will study it and prepare a preliminary proposal that outline the areas that could be optimized by DfMA. Upon completion of detailed study of your selected areas, we will prepare a cost estimate for your evaluation.
Step 2. Design for Manufacturing
Based on your selected areas, we will design it for ease of manufacturing and generate a detailed quotation and parts list.
Step 2a. Visual Mockup/ Prototyping
Our products are specifically designed to be simple to install but, if needed, we can produce a prototype for your evaluation or training purposes. See our past projects for ideas.
Step 3. Design for Assembly
Depending on your choice of prefab size, we will detail the connections and Method Statements for installation.
If you need another team on site, we can provide an additional quote for installation works.
