Our design team designed a 2hr-fire-rated facade wall for this iconic 6-storey light industrial building in Jalan Kilang. Standing more than 5m tall, the panels were engineered for high load requirements.
Custom connections to a variety of cladding profiles such as corrugated, trapezoidal or standing seam profiles were detailed and the facade panels were pre-fabricated in our factory and delivered to site in a pre-engineered lifting cage for lifting efficiency.
We worked with leading fire protection specialists such as Promat to create fire-rated facades with fire-ratings of up to 4 hours.
